Slap Klatz is a great product, basically a tacky round blob, you get 2x30mm and 2x40mm pads in each set, and the idea is that you place it close to the rim of your Snare / Toms, eliminating the unwanted overtones whilst leaving the drum free to "speak". there is also a secondary function in that it can also be used to insulate in between Bass Drum and Toms to stop scrathing and excessive wear.
